Adoption Application

Please fill out the information below and click "submit" to send your application to us. Once we receive it, we will contact you.   We use a Waitlist system to give you the opportunity to choose your puppy.  In order to be placed on our Waitlist please submit to us the application below along with a non- refundable deposit of $350.00.   Your puppy choice is made in the order that your adoption application and deposit is received. Applications/deposits received first will have the first puppy choice.  Highlands Australian Labradoodles  reserves the right to retain up to 1-2 puppies for our breeding program. The remainder ($2,150.) plus tax if applicable is due once the puppy is 6 weeks old and puppies are ready for their forever homes at about 9 weeks once they have had their spay/neuter surgeries, 1st set of vaccinations and microchipped. Shipping is not included in the price of the puppy and may vary, so we will determine the cost based on your location.
